Kwiksend is an Itinerary faxing solution. Just complete a booking, key in the fax number with the passenger's name and within seconds, Kwiksend replies with confirmation of the fax transmission, all this direct from your Galileo PC! There's no need for a fax line nor a fax machine and no training or documentation is required.

BOSS

BOSS is a state-of-the-art back office accounting and MIS information system, that offers management a range of reports for business analysis. BOSS comes with a pre-loaded database containing airline industry standard country, city and supplier (airline) information that is taken from Galileo's master database. All you have to do is create your own customer, miscellaneous suppliers and chart of accounts. Features include, Import from Galileo, retrieval of Galileo bookings, external file import, BSP reconciliation, report writer, GSA stock module, several levels of security, multiple data entry screens, airline sales returns, performance tuning, new MIR interface, license file converted into registry, graphs and charts, credit card refunds and split invoicing for refunds.

Tracer

Tracer automatically captures Hotel and Car bookings and provides powerful yet simple reports to remind you of what is due, when, and from whom in relation to booking commissions.

Castaway

Castaway eliminates the need to hand write tickets. In addition to the pre designed masks which are supplied with the base product, Castaway allows the user to design ticket "masks" which are then stored on the Galileo PC. The Galileo booking information is then automatically retrieved, insert an airline ticket into the printer (preferred printer is STAR LC-8211+) and hit the Print key. Next thing you know, you are looking at a smartly printed ticket and there is a record of it on your computer.

'resEZ' is a Reservation Hosting solution for (small / medium) airlines, which provides a 360-degree view of their business. Its user friendly GUI (graphical user interface) reduces training time to mere hours, thereby enabling staff to focus their attention on sales and customer service. For cost conscious airlines, online booking directly to consumers via the Internet is readily achieved using resEZ's web interface tools. It is web enabled thereby providing low cost connectivity between the airline head offices, call centres, Ticket Offices and Airport Offices and eliminates the need for costly Sita connections to GSA's and consolidators.
